Diana Shangguan (上官芳萍)Bio:

      Being a yoga teacher and freelance interpreter, Diana has been exploring her life journey with yoga since 2003 and sharing/teaching along the way of learning since 2013. She graduated from Lund University with a Master degree in Social Science and her cross-industry work experience covers banking, educational tourism, philanthropy and social innovation.

      She started daily Ashtanga practice introduced by Kino MacGregor & Tim Feldmann in 2014 and her main teachers  are Richard Freeman & Mary Taylor. Besides teaching bilingually (Chinese & English) both offline and online (at a prevailing Chinese online yoga platform AllYoga), she leads yoga retreats in Europe annually. Also, she has worked as the interpreter for Yogaworks 200h TTC, as well as for various world-renown yoga teachers’ workshops in China. Furthermore, she has creatively integrated yoga with management trainings in cooperation with TheDoSchool, CPRI of BNU, H&M etc.

Her class is soothing yet refreshing, which is guided in a meditative and experimental way. She respects the traditional yoga lineage as well as the uniqueness of the individuals, and would love to share the insightful wisdom of the spiritual path of yoga with everyone who is inspired to practice.
