Our Famous Gluten-Free Bread
One of our most requested recipes. The recipe makes three loaves.
600g oatmeal
700g gluten-free flour
250g sunflower seeds
250g crushed flax seeds
250g pumpkin seeds
70g chia seeds
1,75l water
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
3 shots of oil
3 shots of apple cider vinegar
Method:
Mix together the rolled oats, gluten-free flour, sunflower seeds, crushed flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds.
Then mix in the water.
Add the baking powder, baking soda, salt, oil and apple cider vinegar.
Let the dough rest for at least an hour.
Put the dough in bread tins and bake in the oven at 185°C for 60 minutes.
