Our Famous Gluten-Free Bread

One of our most requested recipes. The recipe makes three loaves.

  • 600g oatmeal

    700g gluten-free flour

    250g sunflower seeds

    250g crushed flax seeds

    250g pumpkin seeds

    70g chia seeds

    1,75l water

    1 tsp baking powder

    1 tsp baking soda

    2 tsp salt

    3 shots of oil

    3 shots of apple cider vinegar

Method:

  • Mix together the rolled oats, gluten-free flour, sunflower seeds, crushed flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds.

  • Then mix in the water.

  • Add the baking powder, baking soda, salt, oil and apple cider vinegar.

  • Let the dough rest for at least an hour.

  • Put the dough in bread tins and bake in the oven at 185°C for 60 minutes.
