Highlights During the Retreat
Integral Yoga Hatha: Many yoga schools primarily focus on Hatha Yoga as a physical practice.
In the Integral Yoga approach to Hatha Yoga, emphasis is placed on both the physical benefits of the postures and the mental state of calm and focus that these postures can evoke. The mind and body are united. Deep relaxation, breathing exercises, meditation, and, when appropriate, chanting, are included to ensure that all aspects of our being are uplifted and harmonized.
Guided Tours with Huskies: Discover nature from a unique perspective with guided hikes alongside huskies, immersing yourself in the tranquility and beauty of the outdoors.
Yoga Wisdom: Gain insights from Sri Gurudev and explore the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, offering timeless wisdom for personal growth.
Pranayama & Meditation: Learn and practice various breathing techniques and guided meditations to enhance your inner peace and balance.
Yoga Nidra: Experience Yoga Nidra, a profound state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep that fosters deep relaxation and mental clarity.
Periods of Silence: Engage in extended periods of silence to strengthen your practice and deepen your inner peace.
