How are you? Actually? Stress Less is the course for you who want to get back to your body and yourself. Three days of yoga, Trauma Releasing Exercises and EQ therapy - a potent trefoil on the way to the goal: Loose your mind and come to your senses.

You will have the opportunity to receive and/or attend EQ therapy in the group. This is very educational and will most likely set emotions in motion and give you thought provoking and aha experiences. Here, old patterns and emotional challenges are processed. We find underlying reasons why things are the way they are, and you will be able to create new patterns of action, and better relationships with yourself and those around you.

You will also learn an innate method our body uses to reset the nervous system - Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE). This is a natural way to lower the stress level in the body and/or process various traumas. Exciting things!

You decide for yourself what and how much you want to participate. It is good if you have some experience with yoga, but beyond that you do not need to have any prior knowledge. Here, height under the roof and low shoulders apply.

About Kjersti Idem

After many years as presenter on radio and television, Kjersti is now behind the podcast "Relasjonspodden" together with Dora Thorhallsdottir. Somewhat reluctantly, she gave yoga a chance 15 years ago, and was hooked! She wants to demystify yoga and convey yoga's positive effects to others. She also works as an EQ therapist and TRE instructor, and holds courses like the one you are reading about now in slightly different versions around retraining. The aim of these courses is to get the participants to get more in touch with their body and feelings, and with the help of various tools simply create a better relationship with themselves and others, and thus in the long run lower the stress level in life.
