This weekend we will go into these topics.
There will not only be talk about joy, but you will also be challenged to do exercises so that you can take action to bring more joy into your life. Some of the exercises have their origins in NLP. Through participation, you will feel the power within you to want to make changes.
An important part of the weekend is also meditation in the form of specially written meditative stories. The story and the meditation will give you the opportunity to ground yourself, gain insight and also new perspectives and replenishment.
There is no requirement that you have either a yoga or meditation background to be able to participate in this weekend.
About me:
Certified NLP Coach and mental trainer with experience from a mental training center and private practice. NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming and describes the teaching of how thoughts and feelings are connected and how to change them. Work is done to find the best resources in yourself and in others in order to feel better and live more appropriately.
I have written meditative stories and led meditation in groups for several years. Strongly believe in communicating via stories and through meditation the message can be amplified and have a strong effect.
Publicly announced joy spreader via Gledessprederne.no where the mission is to inspire to spread joy with small actions that we can all carry out. The vision is to create a popular movement for joy that can make society a warmer place.

Single room: NOK 4,500 per person
Twin room (max. 2 people per room): NOK 4,100 per person
