Welcome to a weekend with Jivamukti Yoga and Lokah Oslo's team Camilla Coucheron and Karina Kibsgård! In well-known Jivamukti style, it will be a weekend full of vinyasa practice, yoga philosophy, music and chanting, meditation and relaxation, laughter, good conversations and togetherness. We are looking forward to a weekend in the mountains, together with both new and familiar yoga friends.
Inspired by yoga philosophy and wisdom, the Jivamukti Yoga method focuses on yoga practice as a tool for a greater awareness; to ourselves, to each other and the environment around us. It is a dynamic (vinyasa) based practice, where we challenge our perspectives through mental focus, use of breath and movement in powerful sequences. Yoga philosophy, chanting and music set the framework for the physical asana practice, and always end with meditation and relaxation. It is a holistic and spacious practice where we seek the steady and heart-felt connection to ourselves and each other.
