Time Out & Anchoring med Camilla og Nanette

Time Out & Anchoring med Camilla og Nanette

Nøsen Yoga og Fjellhotell (map)

Welcome to the mountains - let go and receive.

The main focus throughout the weekend is yoga, breathing and paying attention to your own everyday life.

How about a real Time Out? An opportunity to get a foot on the ground and feel how you feel?

What are you grateful for and satisfied with in life? What would you like to change, do differently or have more of in your everyday life? We explore the possibilities of letting go of old patterns - what do you want to let go of?

We invite you to an energizing weekend filled with beautiful nature and fresh air, delicious food, yoga, breathing exercises and meditation. We explore how we create and enter into patterns in everyday life, and smell how we do it when we are in the "default mode network". With a friendly presence, we explore stress and how we come into contact with other people, so that by being aware you can make good choices in your everyday life.

You will learn a simple, tailored yoga sequence for your daily practice and a couple of good breathing techniques that reduce stress. We also look at how you can take care of yourself and your needs in the face of a busy everyday life. The weekend gives you a "first aid kit" of good techniques that you take back with you, but also a weekend where you can rest and recover in the safe and nurturing surroundings.

Join us for a lovely weekend filled with

yoga - meditation - tranquility - nature - stress management

Nanette Fuglesang:

Netti is a mother of three, yoga teacher, gestalt therapist/coach and works on a daily basis with recruitment at Raadgiverhuset AS. Exercise and movement to music have always been part of her life, and she has over 20 years' experience as an instructor in SATS/ELIXIA. Now she is attending Audun Myskja's 2-year meditation teacher training and loves to alternate between different techniques with breathing and movement in her yoga classes - and in her work as a gestalt therapist/coach at Røa.

Netti is concerned with the whole and in her you will meet a safe and pleasant yoga teacher, with a genuine desire to inspire good health - both in body and soul. She is a certified Ashtanga yoga teacher from Puro Yoga under Aleksander Medin 2015/16, and also has several modules in Yin Yoga from the YinYangAkademiet.

"Yoga lubricates both body and soul", and gives Netti a presence and balance in life.

Camilla Fuglesang Eide:

Camilla Fuglesang Eide is a yoga teacher, mother of 4 and works daily with marketing and strategy at Norconsult. Camilla has been doing yoga since the beginning of the 2000s, but it really took off in 2010/11, when she herself experienced the importance of taking care of herself, breathing, her own health and being able to be in the moment. It was yoga - breathing - meditation and the good routines that got her back on track, tools and techniques she uses every day. With her calm, friendly and present being, she generously shares her experience and expertise. Camilla is a certified Ashtanga yoga teacher from Puro Yoga under Alexander Medin 2021/22, in addition to having 200TT training in Yin and Yang yoga from the Yinyang Academy. Together with Netti, she attends meditation teacher training with Audun Myskja.

"Yoga is my real meeting with myself, in my life - and gives me the inner anchoring and stability"

Netti and Camilla run the yoga company "Yogabird" together. They offer courses in close and dear groups, and have had great success with their stress management concept TimeOut. It is with great joy and enthusiasm that we do this yoga weekend at Nøsen. Warm welcome!

The method encourages a mindful approach to movement, helping you stretch further and move more intuitively with each practice.

About Francesca Golfetto

Hey! I am Francesca Golfetto, professional ballet dancer, certified yoga instructor and mum of 2. My interest towards yoga started as a hobby, to keep my body healthy while releasing physical and mental tensions created from the strenuous ballet regime.

However, it was through injury that yoga became my healing resource and my passion. Yoga has quickly given me many new dimensions to the already extensive experience with physical and mental exercises. I truly love sharing my experience and knowledge while remaining a student in my quest for new knowledge.

My style is based on fluidity of movements, using a combination of active flexibility and mobility to create strength without building tension. My classes are recognized for a high level of energy, a bit of laughter and a wide range of natural sequences aiming to benefit body and mind for all levels.

I teach daily classes in Oslo, online with @naardic and my own platform as well as international yoga organised events. On IG I am @francescagolfetto - www.francescagolfetto.com

Vinterferie med fordypning i yoga. Inkl intime konsertopplevelser. Med Alexander Medin og gjester (Copy)

Vinterferie med fordypning i yoga. Inkl intime konsertopplevelser. Med Alexander Medin og gjester (Copy)

Velkommen til en vinterferie litt utenom det vanlige.
I vakre omgivelser på Nøsen.

Are you curious about yoga or eager to advance your practice? Do you want to deepen your understanding of both the physical yoga poses (asanas) and yoga philosophy? Would you like to establish solid, steady routines in your daily life that you can carry with you wherever you go, whether out into the world or at home on your living room floor? Then these days are for you!

Here at Nøsen, we believe that the best days are the ones that start early. That's why we begin each day with morning meditation and physical yoga poses, while the mountains gradually come into view outside the windows as the day comes to life. Afterward, we enjoy a nourishing, hearty, and delicious breakfast, taking the time to soak in the peace and tranquility that surrounds us on all sides.

This course is suitable for all levels, and we will help you find depth according to your abilities and capacity. During the week, you'll gain valuable tools to enrich your personal yoga practice and, hopefully, your life as a whole.

This week’s philosophy classes will focus on what it means to integrate yoga into daily life. How can yoga help us find steadier footing in challenging situations? We’ll explore what the ancient yoga texts have to say on the subject and discuss how to interpret them in a modern context.

We are proud and thrilled that Jannike will be spending the winter holiday with us at Nøsen. On Saturday evening, she will perform a concert! We are already looking forward to it.

P.S. There’s a good chance for some surprise musical moments throughout the week as well.

Nøsen is located in magnificent, untouched natural surroundings, and plenty of time is set aside each day to enjoy the tranquility and go for walks, either with or without skis. If conditions allow, we’re happy to create a hole in the ice for a refreshing ice bath.

We serve exquisite vegetarian food, and three meals per day are included in the price, along with accommodation in double or triple rooms. If you prefer a single room, there is a small additional charge.

Welcome to enjoy the winter days with us!

Do you want to gain greater awareness of how you move in your practice?

Or do you want to take your teaching to another level?

This workshop is for those who want to gain a better understanding of the physical postures. How do I move, what happens in the body, what do I want to achieve with the posture and what is a good adjustment?

You will learn how to apply effective adjustments and gain confidence with more tools to help your students succeed in their practice. And not only that, because by learning how to make adjustments you will gain greater awareness on how you move in your own practice.

  • Why should we make adjustment in the first place?

  • What makes a good fit? Where should our body be placed?

  • What setting is appropriate for each student?

  • Is it okay to put your hands on them?

  • How much pressure should I apply?

These are some of the topics we will cover during the workshop.

This retreat is not only for teachers, but for everyone who would like to learn and dive a little deeper into your asanas practice.

Nøsen is surrounded by beautiful nature and towering mountain peaks. There is ample time for hiking, bathing in Storfjorden, or simply relaxing. Three delicious, nutritious meals are served each day. The food is vegetarian, prepared with local ingredients and an eastern touch.
