Welcome to a skiing and yoga holiday at the beautiful Nøsen Yoga!

You are invited to a week where you can enjoy nature, whether on skis or in other ways, and find inner peace and rest, recharge your batteries with soft flow yoga and restorative yoga, as well as gong and sound baths. And most importantly, have a really cozy winter holiday.

At this retreat you can combine soft yoga, meditation and sound baths with good days skiing or time in nature, in the beautiful area around Nøsen. (There are both cross-country trails and Alpine trails in the immediate area)

We will do soft yoga in the morning where we create a soft flow with the yoga, especially focusing on areas where we need to stretch when we go skiing a lot. (or go without Skis)

Between 10.00 - 16.30 it is time to be in nature and ski in the beautiful area.

In the afternoon we will do relaxing restorative yoga sessions, restorative breathing exercises, and rest to a relaxing gong and sound bath.

Every day at 16.00 - 16.30 you can choose for yourself whether you want to spend the time skiing more and being in nature, or take part in voluntary mindfulness meditation with a focus on strengthening the brain/heart connection, which gives a feeling of inner peace, and to rest in oneself.

On the first day, I offer a walking meditation, so you can take mindfulness with you on your ski trips if you feel like it.

In the evening, there will be time to relax after an active day together, and cozy up by the fireplace.

Nøsen is located in a powerful place in Norway, and is a fantastic place to recharge your batteries while you enjoy your ski trips.

About Nanne Emelie:

Nanne Emelie Andersen is a yoga and meditation teacher, craniosacral therapist, sound therapist, singer and musician.

Nanne Emelie has practiced yoga and meditation for over 20 years, since she fell in love with yoga at the age of 19. She began exploring meditation as a child, and meditation has been a natural daily practice and companion for her ever since.

As a cranio-sacral therapist, she has a great passion for working with the connective tissue, and combines this knowledge with yoga. Her teaching has therefore shifted more and more to the soft friendly approach to the body, how we soften the connective tissue and thus the body and unbalancing the body and nervous system.

When Nanne Emelie discovered connective tissue yoga, she found a home in this soft, meditative, flowing form of yoga.

She uses singing bowls, gongs etc. and sound baths to support the teaching. She has two alignment vinyasa yoga trainings RYT200 behind her and two trainings in Restorative somatic yoga and Somatic yoga.

Throughout this weekend, Nanne Emelie focuses on Restorative connective tissue yoga and soft flow yoga, as well as gong and sound baths, energy exercises, breathing exercises and meditation.

Prices:

Single rom: 7400 kr per person

Double room: 7800 kr for 1 person / 11700 kr for 2 persons

Twin room: 6800 kr per person

Group room (max 4): 5800 kr per person

Price includes:
