Dark time, hibernation and Jivamukti Yoga with Karina Kibsgård. In the dark good times, one should take it easy, sleep more, live a little slower and simply be a little less efficient. The nature around us is dormant, so why aren't we too?
This weekend we take a break from the hectic December and consumption society's holiday, to breathe, land and get into a resting heart rate before we enter the Christmas holidays and family time. Our presence is absent when meeting other people simply because we are too busy! We try and get out of the 'hamster wheel' through yoga practice, breathing, meditation, chanting and meaningful conversations. Come along, whether you come alone or with friends and family!

JIVAMUKTI YOGA
Inspired by yoga philosophy and wisdom, the Jivamukti Yoga method focuses on yoga practice as a tool for a greater awareness; to ourselves, to each other and the environment around us. It is a dynamic (vinyasa) based practice, where we challenge our perspectives through mental focus, use of breath and movement in powerful sequences. Yoga philosophy, chanting and music set the framework for the physical asana practice, and always end with meditation and relaxation. It is a holistic and spacious practice where we seek the steady and heart-felt connection to ourselves and each other.
