Welcome to a weekend with wonderful Christmas atmosphere. There will be good yoga, peaceful meditation and delicious vegetarian Christmas food with local produce and eastern inspiration.
Many people look forward to Christmas, others feel stress and high expectations and some have a rather ambivalent relationship with the holiday. We want these days to be both traditional and at the same time break a little with tradition. Perhaps we can create our own, beautiful tradition, which also builds around yogic values?
We will light candles, drink mulled wine, chant holy verses, and we will gather to reflect on the year that has passed. We shall take a closer look at the glad tidings before us, because what is really meant by joy, and who is responsible?
Of course there will be lots of good yoga. We start the days with ashtanga and end the afternoon with a quiet session that leads to good rest. There will be meditation, breathing techniques and chanting, and of course there is plenty of time to enjoy beautiful nature and fresh mountain air.
Welcome to a yoga retreat right before Christmas!
