Are you interested in how to get better relationships, and to understand why you do what you do and feel the way you feel? Then this collection is for you!

We turn the focus inwards, and you get the opportunity to clear up your baggage through EQ (Emotional Quotient)  therapy, in addition to yoga, TRE (Trauma Releasing Exercises) meditation and awareness-raising conversations.

Dora Thorallsdottir and Kjersti Idem have been successful with the podcast "Relationship podcast" where they, in an informal way, answer questions from listeners - with tips on how to get on better with yourself and others.

Dora Thorhallsdottir works as a therapist, speaker and stand-up comedian. She is a qualified family therapist from the Kempler Institute in Denmark, and is a general teacher and journalist, with a master's degree in communication.

Kjersti Idem has many years behind her in the media, including as presenter at TVNorge and P4. In addition to Relasjonspodden, she now works as a therapist, yoga teacher and course instructor.

In addition to the program, this includes:

  • Two nights in a shared room. Single rooms can be purchased for an additional NOK 300 per night.

  • Day 1: Lunch and dinner

  • Day 2: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

You decide for yourself what you want to contribute to this. But bring your own yoga mat and soft clothes if you want to take part in yoga and TRE. You don't need any prior knowledge.
