Warm welcome to a 5 day retreat in beautiful nature, with the two ancient practices
Qigong and Hatha yoga.
Qi Gong is an energizing practice for mind-body-soul that includes breathing, concentration and calm, soft movements. Qi gong opens the flow of the subtle life energy in the meridian pathways in the body, known in Chinese medicine. Qigong can help with chronic ailments, emotional frustration and trauma, which in different ways block vitality and enjoyment of life.
In the Hatha yoga with Anja, the focus is on how we can find that place within which is always in peace, fearless and open to life and how to incorporate that in everyday life. We practice trust and truth and connect to our body and breathing.
The place invites us for small, fresh walks in nature, delicious Ayurvedic food, joyful togetherness and peaceful alone time.
You are welcome, regardless of age, shape or previous experience, in both yoga and Qigong.
