Through soft yoga, breathing, sound baths & tools for inner balance

With yoga teacher, body therapist and coach Nanne Emelie Andersen

This weekend we create a safe breathing space where you have the opportunity to take a break and make room for inner calm, the soft part of you, the inner contact with yourself, restitution and reflection.

We will do soft restorative yoga in the afternoon, and bring the softness into flow yoga in the morning. Nanne Emelie brings her experience and knowledge of the connective tissue into yoga, and teaches us how to soften the body and mind, by focusing on the soft in us, via the connective tissue, which is the body's largest organ.

And we will make meditation and body scanning, breathing exercises, reflections and sound baths easily accessible.

Based on self-compassion, you will learn to deal with everyday stress in a good way. You get effective, simple tools. With these, you have the opportunity during the weekend to create a simple and effective daily practice that you can take home with you, to create the basis for good health in body, mind and soul.

You will, among other things, learn how, with breathing and simple yoga poses, you can unbalance the autonomic nervous system, which ensures inner balance both mentally and physically.

There will be time between sessions to relax, go for a walk, digest and enjoy the beautiful surroundings at the top of the mountain at Nøsen. And not least enjoy the delicious vegetarian meals inspired by Ayurvedic cuisine.

My intention is that you will leave the retreat renewed and restored, with a daily routine that helps you maintain balance in your everyday life.

This retreat is suitable for everyone - both beginners and more experienced practitioners in the field, who want a weekend where you can deepen into the soft and nourishing.

The weekend is for those of you who want to learn ways to deal with everyday stress, to establish balance in body and mind, which in my eyes is the basis for good health.

Welcome!
- Nanne Emilie

About Nanne Emilie:

Nanne Emelie Andersen Is a yoga and meditation teacher, craniosacral therapist, sound therapist, singer and songwriter. Nanne Emelie has practiced yoga and meditation for over 20 years, since she fell in love with yoga at the age of 19. She began exploring meditation as a child, and meditation has been a natural daily practice and companion for her ever since.

As a cranio-sacral therapist, she has a great passion for working with the connective tissue, and combines this knowledge with yoga. Her teaching has therefore shifted more and more to the soft friendly approach to the body, how we soften the connective tissue and thus the body and unbalancing the body and nervous system.

When Nanne Emelie discovered connective tissue yoga, she found a home in this soft, meditative, flowing form of yoga. She uses singing bowls to support her yoga teaching. She has two alignment vinyasa yoga trainings RYT200 behind her and two trainings in Restorative somatic yoga and Somatic yoga. Through this weekend, Nanne Emelie focuses on Restorative connective tissue yoga and soft flow yoga, as well as sound baths, energy exercises, breathing exercises and meditation.
