We will be in a close contact with nature and experience the elements in various ways. We will take revitalising bath in nature, practice breathing exercises, meditate, immerse in delicious yoga practice, take walks, drink cacao, sit (or dance!) around fire and celebrate life together. We will also spend time alone to be able to reflect on and digest the processes we go through.

NB! We will follow the program but we will also allow it to be formed in accordance with the flow of the group, weather conditions etc. Life is an organic process and we can not plan every single detail. The morning bath is optional, but very recommended. In case of rain, we might as well just use the rain as a morning shower.:)
Renata Rucka, 39
Renata discovered yoga and meditation when she was 19 years old. She became an eager practitioner of Hatha yoga and gained some valuable insights from the practice. After several years she felt for a change. More softness, more space for creativity and joy. The answer was Strala yoga, an organic yoga style, a moving meditation based on breath body connection, natural movement and principles of Thai chi. She fell in love with this form of yoga and travelled to NYC to meet the founders of Strala Yoga, Tara Stiles and Mike Taylor, and participate on their teacher training. The year after she had an honor to spend a month as a guest yoga guide at their studio in Soho, which has been an amazing experience and big learning for her.
Renata is fascinated by meditation as a way to connect deeper inside and explore the inner landscapes of human consciousness. It is the number one tool which helps her navigate through life’s turbulences and which helps her grow as a person and being.
Her other grand passions are ice bathing and cacao rituals, and she truly wishes to spread more awareness about these powerful gifts, through her work.
Renata lives in Tromsø where she leads yoga and meditation sessions. She has arranged several yoga retreats at beautiful places in Northern Norway.
