This retreat is for those who wish to unwind and better understand what makes them feel
good and strong so you can bring those insights back into your daily life. We will spend
this weekend offline and in silence to be as present with ourselves as possible. The
practices are accessible to everyone, and we will support you.
The retreat will allow time for walks, nature experiences, and plenty of rest.
What you can expect from this retreat?
The classes will include Hatha yoga, meditation, breathwork & pranayama, journaling, chanting, shaking, and plenty of relaxation and stillness.
About the teachers
Magnus Fridh
Magnus Fridh teaches yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork. His academic
studies in Indology, which focus on Tibetan culture and language, have deepened his knowledge of the subject. He is also the author of ‘‘The Art of Stillness in a Noisy World’’ a book that has been translated into eight different languages. The books explore how to find stillness and tranquility in daily life.
Sheila Arnell
Sheila is a teacher of Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Yoni-Shakti yoga, and pranayama. She studied yoga from various perspectives at university and co-hosts the meditation podcast ‘‘About Yoga & Meditation’’ with Magnus. Sheila has also written a book on women s health titled
‘‘The Inner Seasons—Body, Mind, and Pleasure,’’ which aims to help all women better understand their menstrual cycle and their bodies.
