A medicine wheel is a tool, like a compass, and just as the compass helps you to find the right direction, the medicine wheel can assist you in finding the way back home, into yourself, to the truth of who you are and your pure inner essence.

That essence is true unconditional love, inner peace, joy, and freedom.
When we connect with that we feel whole, balanced, and in harmony.

Throughout this weekend you will learn how to tap into that, on your own, in your daily life, with the help of the medicine wheel. It's a tool that helps you heal, balance, and live in alignment with who you truly are. You will learn about the elements and the healing power of the spirit animals and spirit guides.

Amie and Tania are merging ancient wisdom of yoga, kabbalah, and shamanism, and throughout this weekend you will experience a variation of different practices such as soft, gentle yoga, like somatic yoga and yin yoga, sacred touch, pranayama, kabbalistic and shamanistic healing ceremonies, and a fire ceremony. Essential in our teaching is the connection with Mother Earth, so we will spend time out in nature together, sit around the campfire, and travel to the beat of the drum and gong.

When we come together and share our wisdom, the healing amplifies, and the access to ancient wisdom increases. This is the power of the tribe coming together! Each individual is important and we can use our uniqueness to benefit the wholeness of the group. Everyone is special, everyone has a purpose, and together we can tap into that.

About Tania and Amie

Amie and Tania are experienced guides and facilitators dedicated to sharing their passion for awakening, holistic healing and spiritual growth. With a wealth of knowledge in indigenous wisdom traditions and energy medicine, they offer a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their inner landscape and awaken to their fullest potential.

About Tania

At times, significant events, trauma, and life circumstances catalyze awakening. This was the case for Tania. In 2016, she faced a battle with cancer, and surprisingly, it turned out to be one of her most profound blessings. With a body that no longer functioned as it once did, she was compelled to explore a different path. She learned how to transform pain and suffering into wisdom, recognizing that her body was merely a small aspect of her true self. But this wasn't the only thing she discovered. She realized that her soul contained all the power she needed to heal herself.  Her many traumas in her life became her strength. She had to let go of everything, only to discover that freedom, peace, joy and happiness were already there, just waiting to be discovered, and remembered. In this process, her soul started to reveal its gifts as well.

Tania hopes to guide you on a similar journey, encouraging you to access your wisdom, your uniqueness, soul gifts, and power. Her way of holding space is very motherly,  feminine, soft, nurturing, and loving.

For many years, Tania worked as a police officer. However, since she faced her illness, her entire life has been dedicated to not only healing herself but also supporting others in their healing and journey to awakening.

Here's what a couple of her fellow travelers have to say about her:

Linsey about Tania:

I whole heartedly recommend this healing medicine woman. I have felt and witnessed her gifts. She is one the most authentic healers medicine women I have had the pleasure to meet in person.

Henriette about Tania

I highly recommend a session with Tania if you need healing due to physical or psychological issues - or just want an energy boost. Thank you Tania for amazing sessions. You helped me open my heart with your intuitive, beautiful approach.

About Amie

Amie Helstad has always been in love with Mother Nature. For many years, her life was consumed by Excel sheets and a career as a marketing manager. She worked indoors with sports products while longing to be outside. About five years ago, she hit a wall, and her body wouldn't allow her to continue in the same way. This made her realize that she was not in alignment with what she came here for, and a huge transformation began.

Now, she works as a nature guide at "Trygg av Natur," a life mastery method that emphasizes asking, listening, and acknowledging. The primary focus is on communication and how we connect with each other. Amie uses nature as the backdrop for her work, helping children who struggle in their daily lives by creating an environment where they feel safe, connected, seen, and empowered.

She also facilitates ceremonies and retreats, guiding her groups into deep inner contemplation and transformative journeys, accompanied by the resonant sounds of her gong.

She continues on her own spiritual path, a journey that has been with her since she was a young girl dreaming of being an Indian. Amie's passion is to serve as a bridge between you and Mother Earth, guiding you to deeply connect with her and realize that you are not separate from nature—you are nature.

What some of Amies tribe members have to say about her:
Helene about Amie:

"Amie always creates such wonderful spaces and experiences! I have participated in many gong baths with her, and it always feels very safe, exciting, expansive, and, most importantly, enjoyable. Amie sees you, includes everyone, and brings out the best in every situation. She is also incredibly full of wisdom and knows a lot about nature, the body, and the interaction between people and nature. I can highly recommend yoga, gong baths, and really any activity Amie arranges—for she is a gem!”

Cecilie about Amie:

"Amie has a safe and caring energy. I felt she was present for everyone in what they needed. She took her time in her communication and guidance and explained all what she was doing in a very clear way. I felt very safe in her presence.”

Practices she will be sharing with you:

Shamanic and Kabbalistic Rituals/Healing Ceremonies: Engage in profound rituals such as fire ceremonies and calling in the four winds. These practices, including the activation of the inner medicine wheel, are designed to align you with natural forces and spiritual energies, fostering deep healing and transformation.

Sacred Touch: This heart-centered practice promotes soul-to-soul connection and deep healing. The Touch of Love has the potential to dissolve mental and emotional blockages, and allow you to break free from the illusion of separation. It nourishes, fosters deep rest, and supports profound healing.

Yin Yoga: Immerse yourself in the restorative power of yin yoga, a practice combining deep stretches and meditative postures to release tension, unblock energy pathways, and nurture inner serenity. Yin yoga embodies the feminine approach, inviting you to surrender into your beingness, embrace your essence, and honor your body's wisdom.

Soft vinyasa and somatic Yoga: Connect with your body's wisdom through somatic intuitive movements. Reawaken your innate ability to move, heal, and find balance from within.

Yoga Nidra: Often referred to as yogic sleep, yoga nidra is a guided meditation technique that induces deep relaxation while maintaining full consciousness. As you journey through the layers of your subconscious mind, body, and soul, you'll experience profound inner peace, heightened awareness, and inner stillness. Yoga nidra is a powerful tool for healing trauma and stress related diseases, and for reconnecting with your heart and soul.

Breath and Sound: Gong and drum is a powerful instruments and the sound creates vibrations in your cells, so they can restore and come into a harmonies vibration. Together, we will also explore the transformative potential of the natural breath and use our voices to create healing vibrations.

Coming together in a circle: Pure magic happens when we come together in circles and share our experiences and wisdom. You will learn how to practice compassion with yourself and others and we will contemplate finding balance in our lives.
