When life is difficult, a disturbance becomes noticeable, if we feel for it.

The vast majority of us believe that the discomfort is due to something wrong, either with ourselves, with the environment, or both.

Instinctively, we react by correcting what we believe is the cause of our discomfort.

We call this way of dealing with the unrest/discomfort a reactive pattern. We repeat such patterns without seeing that such reactive actions do not lead to freedom and balance, but only to new rounds of reactive actions (irritation, anger, collapse, jealousy, aggression, anxiety, violence, manipulation, addiction to substances, etc.)

In this course, we will open the door together, into our laboratory, and investigate where in the body the restlessness is activated and how we can use it as an entrance to our resources. You will learn concrete tools, which will help you gain increased awareness of what triggers your patterns.

To get a little insight into what the uro method is, you can listen to the uro school's podcast: Guro and Guru.
