Welcome to a rich autumn weekend on beautiful Nøsen!
We meet on Friday afternoon for a calmly led yoga class with technical tips along the way. Also during the weekend, there will be ashtanga yoga, Mysore style (practice at your own pace). Extra emphasis is placed on loosening stiff muscles in the hips and back and there is plenty of time for personal guidance. The classes are suitable for all levels.
On Friday afternoon, we open the weekend with a calmly led half primary with technical tips along the way, and we end the class with an extended closing sequence where we "sneak" in some yin asanas to land softly into the Friday evening.
On Saturday and Sunday morning there will be Mysore (personal practice) for all levels. Here, the focus will be on personal follow-up and good, healing adjustments.
On Saturday afternoon there will be a technique class where we will focus on "how to create space in asana practice", flow and breathing. We allow a little extra time for exercises that open up the hips and back.
Nøsen is located in magnificent undisturbed natural surroundings and there is plenty of time every day to go for walks, enjoy the silence, swim in mountain water, cycle, paddle or just lie in the grass and relax. We have canoe, SUP and bicycle hire for those who want it.

About Kristin
Kristin Brathagen is a former dancer and now a yoga teacher based in Oslo. She studied at Den Norske Opera's Ballettskole and Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance in London and has worked as a performer in Norway and Sweden. Kristin has had a daily yoga practice since 2011 and in 2014 took a 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga training with Alexander Medin. She also has 75 hours of Yin Yoga training. For several years, Kristin has taken a number of adjustment and healing energy workshops with Petri Raiisanen, whom she has assisted at workshops in Thailand and Norway. Since 2014, she has taught both Mysore, beginners, led and yin yoga at Puro Yoga. She also teaches yoga for dancers at the talent program DanseFot and at companies in Oslo.
