A 5-day course in Yoga. Develop your practice to find peace of mind and steadiness and appreciate the beauty all around. A holistic approach to yoga and daily life.
The mornings in this workshop will begin with Led classes and Mysore classes followed by meditation and breathing exercises. In the afternoon there will be technique classes, and integration circles exploring the various aspects of yoga.
Self-enquiry and integration circles - The yoga path can be often lonely and introspective. It’s important to share your experiences on how to progress in practice and life.
As a self-development aspect of this retreat, we are including integration sharing circles, to connect with yourself and fellow practitioners and experience the support of a nurturing community. These circles will happen spontaneously after led meditation and relaxation.
About Tarik
Tarik van Prehn, born in Brazil in 1975, found solace and guidance in the ocean through surfing. His journey led him to explore yoga, martial arts, and Chinese medicine to cope with anxiety and find inner balance. Ashtanga Yoga Y. Be. B became his anchor, offering a profound spiritual awakening. Recent global events forced him to confront his limitations, leading to a transformative journey of self-discovery.
As a dedicated father. B of four, Tarik integrates his decades of experience and learning to support others on their paths to healing and self-awareness, emphasizing the importance of inner work and self-care for humanity's evolution.
