Welcome back to our Re-feel Re-fill retreat! This time, we are excited to offer an immersive experience at Nøsen, indoors and outdoors.
Join us as we embark on a journey of self-discovery.
Through exploration of ancient practices and intuitive methods, we seek to connect with ourselves on deeper levels.
We typically start the day calming the nervous system and exploring what emerges from the connected calm state. We seek to connect with our inner selves and the nature around us with a combination of Qi Gong, movement, sound, meditation, and outdoor activities. We will explore our body, breath, and senses to deepen our understanding of ourselves and our surroundings. The nature at Nøsen provides is with a harmonious environment where we can delve deeper into our innate joy, creativity, playfulness and expression.
Our retreat will focus on cultivating greater body awareness, meditative states, and creative ways of being. By engaging in flowing movements and tuning into our inner wisdom, we will unlock our potential for trust and states of flow.
We invite you to join us on this transformative retreat and reconnect with yourself and nature in a meaningful way.
Our daily routine for the retreat will begin with indoor activities where we come together as a group. Afterward we will spend the rest of the day outside exploring various practices that will help us connect with nature and ourselves on a deeper level.
This 4 day retreat is open to all levels of experience.
We’re really looking forward to this early summer version!
