Do you feel empty, confused or in need of new direction in life? Are you facing a difficult life choice? Do you want to explore new ways to nourish your students` or clients` lives through dialogue? Or are you simply curious about philosophical dialogue and yoga in general, and the Dialogos approach in particular? Then this weekend retreat is likely to be perfect for you!
Dialogue themes
During this weekend we will search together for deeper meaning and wisdom in life. Concretely, we will take our point of departure in the so called foundation stones of the Back in the Ring project, namely
honesty
trust
humbleness
patience
discipline
stability
community
empathy
devotion
focus
wisdom
love
The Dialogos process
Through the Dialogos process, participants will be guided into contemplation on (some of) these important life issues. We will explore the phenomena through different exercises and personal examples. The issues are all connected to the art of living well, which is a shared goal of most Western and Eastern philosophical and religious practices.

Participant feedback
Participants in earlier Dialogos retreats and workshops have claimed that the process has changed something in their lives in profound ways:
When we started the (Dialogos) project, it was as if I was trapped inside of a ring. It was narrow inside of me. When I encountered a problem, whether it was at school or in life in general, I stopped. I did not go further. I gave up. Then during the project it was as if something exploded inside of me, like an atomic bomb. It was as if I was looking into an endless horizon. Now, when I encounter a problem, whether in general life or in school work, I do not stop anymore. I know there is a way, and I continue.
Man, 21
There were things that I have been working on for years and that have now been solved without deliberately working on them
Woman, 27
Since I arrived home yesterday morning I can't land yet. I feel walking on air and even the despair over the political situation in my country can't erase this feeling. I think the workshop filled me up with a load of positive energy.
