This course focuses on the basic principles of Ashtanga Yoga. How to go deeper into practice, avoid injuries and integrate yoga into all phases of life.
That is a unique opportunity to study with one of the oldest students of Pattabhi Jois. Dominic Corgliano has over 35 years of Yoga experience and has taught worldwide.
This is also a golden opportunity to get a personal instruction and guidance from one of the first students of Pattabhi Jois who has long experience of own practice and has traveled worldwide with Pattabhi Jois and his family.
