This four-day workshop is suitable for those who want to explore yoga, breathe in mountain air and spend some time in the mountains.

In this course we will introduce Ashtanga yoga for beginners. If you think your body is too stiff for yoga, we're ready to change your mind. Everyone can practice yoga, and by modifying the positions you will be able to maintain a safe and stable positioning.

In addition to yoga practice, meditation and yoga philosophy, will spend time together and will go on two mountain trips.

You will be served three tasty and healthy vegetarian meals a day in a buffet (or packed lunch), prepared by our chefs, who are inspired by yogic and Ayurvedic principles.

About us

Eva Antonie Brozova is an Ashtanga yoga practitioner with an educational background in environmental science. She started studying Ashtanga in Prague Shala with Denisa Sengerova, KPJAYI 1 authorized, and today she continues her studies with R. Alexander Medin, KPJAYI certified, at Nøsen Yoga and Fjellhotell. She sees yoga practice as a life practice. What we do in our daily lives affects how our practice will be, and vice versa. If we learn to relax, that feeling will permeate the rest of the day. The practice of yoga represents a lifelong journey to the true self and to uncovering the deepest patterns.

Price and booking

  • Single room: NOK 6,450

  • Double room: NOK 6,750 (for 1 person) / NOK 9,825 (for 2 people)

  • Twin room: NOK 5,250 per person

  • Group room: NOK 4,500 per person

Price includes:

  • Accommodation for 3 nights in shared rooms/double rooms/single rooms at Nøsen Yoga and Fjellhotell (or in cabins)

  • 3 nutritious vegetarian meals per day

  • Tea, infusion and snacks during the workshop
