We will gather and practice the basics of yoga from 14.10. till 16.10. (Friday - Sunday), and enjoy some good food and mountains. If you consider yourself a bit stiff, not so bendy, and kind of new in the yoga world, plus want to relax, this is a perfect yoga weekend for you.
About Masha:
Masha has been teaching basic & accessible yoga for the past 8 years, to regular, non-bendy people, who have everyday busy lives, and really can't reach those toes.
She has been at the same place, with a stiff body and discomfort, because of too much office work, lethargic and a bit overwhelmed because sometimes life was very busy. But then, she discovered yoga here in Oslo, and it was love at the first practice. Yoga helped her to feel better, be more energized, and at the same time, she was able to regulate her stress and relax. Soon, she became a yoga teacher, and her love for yoga became a full-time job.
Her approach to yoga is that simple is better, and the basics of yoga are the foundations which we build upon. We practice what is best for us and adjust the practice to our body, our current state, and how we feel when we practice. She has been studying with John Bentham, Duncan Wong, Janet Stone, Uma Dinsmore Tuli, and Tracee Stanely.
In this weekend, you will learn how to practice yoga positions and movements that are best suitable for your body. You will practice in an accessible way, using simple and effective movements to increase mobility and strength. You will also release tension with yin yoga, and learn how to relax and de-stress with easy-to-do breathing techniques (meditation) and yoga Nidra.
You will practice strengthening morning and evening flow (Vinyasa) classes, and explore basic yoga positions, like mountain pose, forward fold, warrior one, two, and three, standing balancing positions, understanding how to adjust those positions to yourself and what is best for you. Also, you will learn how to meditate and relax with yin and yoga Nidra, which we will practice in the mornings and late evenings.
There will be some free time to explore the mountains or swim in the lake. We start on Friday, arrival is during afternoons, and we end on Sunday, departing after lunch. See the detailed schedule below.

15.00 - 17.30: Arrival

19.15 - 20.30: Yoga class (short meditation, soft vinyasa & yin yoga)
Saturday 15/10:
08.30 - 09.00: Meditation and Yoga Nidra
09.00 - 10.00: Breakfast
10.15 - 11.30: Yoga class (Vinyasa - strength training, focus on legs and core)
11.30 - 11.45: Short break
11.45 - 12.45: Yoga workshop (exploration of yoga positions)
13.00 - 14.00: Lunch
14.00 - 16.00: Free time
16.15 - 17.30: Yoga class (vinyasa, strength training, wall work)
18.00 - 19.00: Dinner
19.15 - 20.15: Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, reflection and journaling
Sunday 16/10:
08.30 - 09.00: Meditation and Yoga Nidra
09.00 - 10.00: Breakfast
10.00 - 10.30: Check-out
10.30 - 11.45: Yoga class (Vinyasa, strength training, focus on back and shoulders)
11.45 - 12.00: Short break
12.00 - 13.00: Yin Yoga
13.00 - 14.00: Lunch and departure
Price and Booking:
Single Room: 4 075 kr
Double Room: 4 275 kr (1 person), 6 850 kr (2 persons)

Price includes:
Accommodation for two nights, possibility to stay in single, double, or group rooms.
3 nutritious veggie meals per day. On Friday we have dinner, on Sunday there is breakfast and lunch

Extra services:
If traveling by public transport, pick up by Nosen Yoga is possible for additional costs. From Fagernes one way 250 kr and from Gol one way 350 kr.

In case of your cancellation, no refund is possible, but you can find another person who can step in instead of you.
In case of a lockdown, new dates will be found for yoga weekend, or you will have an option to use your booking for staying at Nosen, as a cabin experience (accommodation & food) without yoga.
